AdBlue/DEF high flow dispenser with supply control
Customer request:
The customer wants a solution for filling AdBlue/DEF into tankers by pre-selection. The Adblue/DEF plant has a tank. From this tank, the preset quantity is to be transferred to the tank of a truck. The required flow rate is 700 l/min using 3" pipes. All deliveries made must be stored in the customer's own software with the number of the tanker truck to which it has been delivered.

Supply skyd consisting of:
Bedplate and different elements in stainless steel
Loading and unloading ports with 3" Camlock connectors
Stainless steel Y pre-filter
Stainless steel centrifugal pump of 700 l/min
3" high accuracy mass flow meter
Double shut-off solenoid valve to prevent water hammer and to shut off the supply at the exact preset quantity
Control console with alphanumeric keypad to identify the operator and the tank number being supplied.
The control panel transmits all deliveries made to a cloud software www.dieselplus.net.
Using an API, all data requested by the customer is automatically transferred to the customer's ERP software.
